Adoptable discription (optional): This creature is a seer. it is an unholy combination between  skeksis and a mystics he is rejected by both cultures, which resulted in him being forever bitter and grumpy. He directs this anger at casting (harmless) spells at smaller creatures. He has a hut made of branches somewhere in a swampy forest, and gives advise to travellers. In return he asks anything that looks shiny. If you have nothing he will cast a spell on you as punishment and won’t let you pass.
